This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

Party A: Bumpkintale, a non-profit creative collective, represented by Lisanna Amnel (“Disclosing Party”)

Mutual Reassurance

The parties acknowledge that privacy and confidentiality are fundamental to trust.
This Agreement is intended to protect the privacy of all information shared during the introductory discussion and to show that Bumpkintale treats the confidentiality of your information with the same seriousness as you do for your artists.
It is not intended to create any pressure or obligation; it exists to reassure both parties that sensitive information is safe.

 

1. Purpose

The parties wish to engage in discussions regarding Bumpkintale, a private creative initiative, and any future collaboration or participation. In connection with these discussions, confidential information may be disclosed. This Agreement protects the confidentiality of such information.

2. Definition of Confidential Information

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any ideas, concepts, projects, plans, or materials shared during the meeting

  • Personal information of artists or participants

  • Any non-public information regarding Bumpkintale, its operations, or its community

Exclusions: Information already publicly known or independently developed by the Receiving Party is not considered confidential.

3. Obligations

The Receiving Party agrees to:

  1. Keep all confidential information strictly private.

  2. Use the information solely for evaluating participation or discussion of Bumpkintale.

  3. Not disclose the information to any third party without prior written consent.

  4. Take reasonable measures to protect the information from unauthorized disclosure.

4. Duration

The confidentiality obligations shall remain in effect for two (2) years from the Effective Date.

5. No Obligation

Nothing in this Agreement obligates either party to enter into any further agreement, collaboration, or participation. All participation is voluntary and optional.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [insert countries] , without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
